Went to
have eyes checked by an eye doctor and learned that I have cataracts in both
eyes, left eye is worse than the right eye, and will need to have surgery. Took
some time to sink in. Some good news from it is that it’s a 20 minute procedure
after which I never need to wear glasses again J
Checking
with company if they will pay for the surgery otherwise will cost me 1200 euros
which is not bad considering I then save the cost of glasses. The lens alone for
my last bi-focal glasses was 700 euros!!
The eye
doctor said that it looked like I was prediabetes so need to have that tested
now. This gives me more incentive now to lose the weight.
